      Give yourself or someone you love a relaxing massage with our massage therapist with a gift certificate. Schedule during your pregnancy or after your arrival (with doctor's approval.) Massage therapy is available to men and women of all ages. Saturday appointments are available but you must call for an appointment during business hours M-F, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

      Stokes occur in the United States every 45 seconds. A storke can happen at any time and can cause disability or even death. Risk factors often include high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, high cholesterol and others. Learn how you or your loved ones could be at risk. This physician will discuss facts about stroke and be available to answer your questions.

You will pay for your own lunch. Independence Hill Retirement Community will be doing a door prize drawing too.###

Location: Three locations: Wednesdays at Northeast Methodist Hospital, 12412 Judson Road and Thursdays at Methodist Healthcare, 8109 Fredericksburg Road in Conference Room A and Metropolitan Methodist Hospital, 1310 McCullough

      The loss of a loved one is among life's most stressful events and can cause a major emotional crisis. A series of bereavement support groups is offered to help individuals deal with the death of a loved one. Theses sessions are free and open to the public.

Each bereavement support group includes 7 group sessions and ends with a memorial service. Each session lasts about one and one-half hours and all information shared is confidential. Call 210-575-0355 or 1-800-333-7333 for more information.
