MHS Pastoral Care Services, is prepared with specialized educators and facilitators trained to help resolve conflicts, diffuse hostile challenges and instill new coping techniques and skills for individuals and organizations. Pastoral Care Services instructors work closely with team leaders to develop effective and long-term solutions to group and individual issues. Programs for Personal and Team Growth are customized to meet the needs of each organization. Services are available in numerous formats from thirty minute mental "stretching exercises," to half-day workshops, all day retreats or extended six-month programs geared to multi-staff time of 24-hour operations. Instructors: All instructors are clinically trained as group facilitators, certified mediators, licensed therapists and/or professional educators. Graduate degrees range from MA, MS, M.Div. D.Min. ED.D to Ph.D. and are combined with extensive business, university, military and religious backgrounds. |
