WomanPlus^® also offers many benefits for those times when you or another member of your immediate family aren't feeling well. Upon processing your membership application, you'll be eligible for:

~10% discount at the Methodist Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy at time of discharge
~Complimentary guest meal (one coupon to use per day per family)
~Complimentary transportation to/from any of the Methodist Healthcare System's outpatient surgery facilities (within a 25 mile radius)
~Other special benefits

Please be advised that it will take 7-8 weeks to process your application and mail out your membership card once you submit your application online.

NOTE:  Single applicants (male or female) age 19 and older may apply for a membership card.
