Those first few weeks with a newborn are magical, and often very, very sleepy! But understanding newborn sleep can make those early weeks feel much more manageable.

In this class, you'll learn the basics of newborn sleep - what's normal, what to expect, and how to prepare for those early days and nights. We'll cover newborn sleep patterns, realistic expectations, simple nap and bedtime routines, and gentle, supportive sleep methods that work with your baby's development, not against it.

You'll leave feeling more confident, prepared, and equipped with practical strategies to help your baby (and you) get the best rest possible.

Taught by newborn sleep educator Rita Dumas, RN, BSN, MSN.
