The CMS Five-Star Rating is based on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Hospice Survey, which measures family caregivers’ experiences and satisfaction with the care their loved ones receive. This recognition reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate end-of-life care.
