Description
Giving birth is an important moment for your family and you want to be prepared. In "Comfort for Labor", you and your partner will practice helpful techniques to reduce tension in pregnancy and birth, learn how changing position can make labor easier and consider new and easy ways to use your senses to enhance relaxation.
This class should be taken AFTER you have completed the "Understanding Childbirth" class. Please wear comfortable clothing and socks. You are welcome to bring a handheld fan for your comfort.
