Description
Giving birth is an important moment for your family and you want to be prepared. This highly informative 5-week series will cover what every mother to-be should know about the last trimester of pregnancy, labor and birth processes, post-delivery, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
We encourage the attendance of your support person. You are welcome to bring a handheld fan for your comfort. You may also bring a snack to eat during class.
