Aristotelis Papayannis, MD

Aristotelis Papayannis, MD is a board-certified cardiologist who practices with Methodist Cardiology Clinic of San Antonio. He also is certified in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT.

As an athlete growing up in Greece, Dr. Papayannis was intrigued by the importance of a healthy cardiovascular system in athletic performance. This, plus how physicians made him feel when he was sick, led him to wanting to pursue a career in the medical field.

Dr. Aristotelis Papayannis believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” care plan for patients. He takes the time to establish a relationship with the patient and find out exactly what their needs are and what they feel comfortable with moving forward. He then adjusts care guidelines to what each patient believes they can handle to become healthier.
