About Carter Richards, MD
Biography
Dr. Carter Richards was born and raised in Elma, WA. He started his healthcare career during undergraduate training with Fresenius Dialysis as a patient care technician. In 2007, he relocated to St. Louis, MO, to attend medical school. After completing his residency and fellowship, he moved to San Antonio, TX, in July, 2016.
