Biography
Dr. Ian J. Whitney is from Bastrop, Texas and earned his Bachelors of Science in Human Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 and his medical degree from Texas A&M Health College of Medicine in College Station, Texas in 2009. He completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2014 and a postgraduate Fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington in 2015
