Krista M. Vizuete, MD

Dr. Krista Vizuete joined Southwest Children's Center in 2015. She grew up in Lubbock, TX and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. She received her medical degree from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2012. During her time at the UTHSCSA, she served as a Mentor in Medicine Leader and spent time volunteering at the SAMM Shelter and Alpha Home. She then went on to complete her pediatric residency at the UTHSCSA Department of P
