To note that doctors don't just help patients with a drug or knife, but with compassion and warmth really spoke to me. As a profession, it was what I was looking for.

As a female physician, Dr. Anna believes she can be more motherly with her patients. “I can be compassionate, kind and gentle, but when I need to give patients tough love, they definitely listen to me,” she says.
