Patients at Methodist Children’s Hospital were delighted to receive a special holiday visit from Santa and his superhero friends: Batman, Superman, and Spider-Man. These special guests rappelled down the windows of the hospital, visiting each room to spread joy and holiday cheer. They brought smiles and waves, sharing festive spirit just in time for the season.

More families turn to Methodist Children’s Hospital than any other children’s hospital in San Antonio. Babies and children are transported from throughout South Texas to receive a higher level of medical care not available in their own communities.
